I have provided care for children with special needs, including: children significantly impacted by autism, and non-verbal. For children with hearing issues, such as cochlear implants, hearing aids, etc. (I am not fluent in ASL), I have experience with cerebral palsy, and experience with children in wheelchairs. As well as what is listed, I grew up with a mother in the special needs field, for adults and children, and have extensive in-home hours assisting her.

I also have experience with young children, ages 6 months and up.

I have worked in homes for years providing basic skills such as assisting with schoolwork, projects, etc, bath time, bedtime, potty-training, cooking, (I have experience with food allergies and restrictions), playtime, crafts, and everything in between.
