Hello!
My name is Shanice and I've had the pleasure of working for children for 6 years now, and I love it! I first began working with children with mental and medical disabilities at a camp called Dragonfly Forest. There, children suffer from different illnesses such as autism, 22q, asthma, sickle cell, etc.
After 5 years, I then began working with toddlers and infants. I absolutely love it! I've worked at 4 daycare centers, working with children between the ages of 8 weeks and 5 years old. I've also been nannying and babysitting for about a year now. I'm always up for a new challenge and helping a child develop mentally and skill-wise.
With my most recent nanny experience, I was a part time nanny for a wonderful 14 month old girl and have been with her since she was 3 months!
I received my second dose of the Pfizer vaccine on April 9th and am fully vaccinated.
My certifications & clearances include: Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal Record Check and Mandated Reporter.
