Best places to find affordable baby clothes?

Hi, all! I’m a momma in the Reseda area on a budget and baby furniture, toys… basically everything can be so expensive! Are there any websites you use or places you go to for more affordable baby clothes, furniture, and toys? Would be a plus if they’re nearby, too!

When my husband and I had our first child, we were super young and didn’t have a lot of extra money to spend, so we actually purchased most of our furniture from consignment stores! There is a good one in the Northridge area that has lots of kid stuff. Try out Valley Kids Consignment - you might need to go a few times before you’ll find anything good, but when you do, you find treasures! We were able to save hundreds of dollars on our daughter’s crib, stroller, and on clothes. Best of luck! 0 Likes

We’re in Van Nuys, but we tend to make our way to Burbank a lot to go to Kids Only Furniture and Accessories on Verdugo! It’s less expensive than most other places and they have incredible service. I also always keep my eye on Craigslist. Bought my son’s high chair at 16 weeks into my pregnancy because I found such a good deal. It pays later to always be on the lookout! 0 Likes

I love sales! I've signed up to a few store email lists and always look at their clearance sections. I always find off season items at great prices, I just calculate my child's age at the time of when he'll be using the item. 0 Likes

If you like getting out and don't mind taking a moment to go through clothing racks, I love Ross! I am particular about the specific locations that I will shop at that are very neat and offer a great shopping experience. Their baby clothes include brand names at a fraction of the cost. My children are older now, however Ross is my first stop when shopping for baby shower gifts (clothes, diaper bags, pack and play sets, carriers and an array of other items). 0 Likes
