Profile I have been in childcare in a center capacity for over 2 years, and as a lead teacher for all of that time. Beyond that, I have worked in childcare and teaching in some capacity for over 10 years. I am a fun, upbeat and compassionate caregiver with a unique personality and a love for being outside and active! I subscribe to the ideals of gentle/authoritative parenting as well as the pillars of the Montessori philosophy. I believe kids have this amazing insight about the world around them and that they have as much to teach us as we do to teach them!
