My name is Alexa Newcomb, and I’m 24 years old. I was born and raised in Long Island, NY and I just moved to League City. I graduated Centereach HS a year early, and continued my education at Suffolk College. I started out as a babysitter when I was just 12 years old, and have been a nanny for about 7 years now. I have experience with all ages starting at NB to school aged children, as well as experience with multiples and special needs. On top of being a nanny, I have an almost 4 year old daughter of my own. My daughter has been joining me at work since she was just 3m old and absolutely loves other children. Bringing my daughter with me is something that is very important to me, and I’m looking for a family that would be comfortable with her coming along. (She will be in school next year and would only have to come when school is closed). Although it is a change to have another child around, I’ve found it nothing but beneficial for the children i care for. Not only is it interaction for the kids, but they help teach each other things, and always become best friends! I’m a very patient, and energetic person that loves watching children grow into their own person! I enjoy being outside, arts & crafts, and well as anything that will stimulate/educate their minds! I have a reliable SUV for transportation, and i am looking for a full time position to start ASAP. I’m also covid cautious and will always aim to keep both my family, and yours safe.
