Our philosophy at Kids Smile Daycare is to model respect and care for children and parents we come into contact with. Children like adults have the right to receive a proper education. We focus on foundational skills which help the children to grow as a person and help to learn at every stage in their lifetime. These skills include communication and social skill development, thinking skills (inquiry, critical, creative, and problem-solving), language skills (listening and speaking), and self-expression. We like to teach children through play and creative activity, and we not only look at how one child can learn a certain way but how all can.,

I'm passionate about childcare because I love kids. I love to interact with them. I have been doing this for five years. I have worked in other daycare as a helper. I started my daycare because again, I love to interact with kids and help them grow as a person. Also, I know how difficult it is to have a child and have worked at the same time in which I wanted to create a safe environment that parents and children alike can feel safe and comfortable.

Location

The Home

Our home is welcoming and provides children with the comforts of home. As we greet your little ones at the start of each day, their excitement lights up the room. We have extended room inside filled with academic activities, needed materials and toys that promote learning.

The Neighborhood: Granada Hills

There is a church next to my house which also includes a school. My neighbors are amiable and thoughtful people. Our area is a very calm and safe environment. There is a park a minute or two away. There are a couple of freeways near the house. There is an elementary and middle school near the home as well. A library nearby which we can get books to read.
