Hello!
I am a mom of two, trying to convince myself I don't need to have anymore children. :) My youngest is in Kindergarten this year and I'm ready to get back to work! Part-time anyway.
My relevant experience started when my son was almost two, so about 8 years ago. We joined a Parent-Child Coop out of Portland and it was the best choice I've made so far when it comes to my parenting. I miss sharing those moments of wonderment so prominent in early education. I miss the kiddo's too...it's hard to accept that some, you'll probably never cross paths with again.
I've most recently become certified as a Behavioral Technician through Centria Autism. I spent this pasted summer working at the Learning Tree in Camas, Washington, which was really fun and informative! My goal is to continue training where possible and advance academically in the field.
Working with children is my "happy place." I hope you find my work experience and dedication make for a qualified candidate. I'm excited for the opportunity and hope to hear from you soon!
