I was an educator for 15 years before moving to Texas. I update and maintain center files in accordance with state and federal regulations, handle all Accounts Receivables and Payables including tuition refund requests, maintaining parent account and month-end closing, forecasting and reporting. I uphold my own classroom teaching children in addition to modeling, coaching and directing the work of teachers. Conduct analysis to identify the development needs of teaching teams and recommend training.
Actively develop and grow teachers through regular observations and feedback. I lead and train staff in the implementation of developmentally appropriate curriculum. I'm an accountant now and I miss being around children.
