Hello! I have been involved in childcare for about 7-8 years now. When I was 14 I worked in a daycare and I would take care of multiple young children at a time by my self. Including an infant who I would be with for most of the day. I have a niece who is now 6 years old, and I spent most of her infancy and toddler years taking care of her. I even spent an entire summer taking care of her every single day. As well as taking any child care jobs my mom’s friends would ask me. This past summer I worked at Camp Korey which as a summer counselor. Camp Korey is a camp for children with life altering medical conditions, I would spend Sunday through Thursday with groups of children, sleeping with them overnight, facilitating friendships, helping them with activities or their needs, and making sure they had the best week ever! Working with kids is my passion, I love watching them grow and watching their personalities develop.
