I have retired from my career and have time to fill. My work has always involved children, just all different ages. I started babysitting at 12, was a preschool teacher for a number of years in my 20's, ran an educational toy store for many years, and most recently (past 21 years) have run a college bookstore. For volunteer work, I ran the children's hospital gift shop for many years. I love children, have a tremendous amount of patience, and would love to be able to help out families that need a young grandmother type of person.
