I've been in the early childhood education field for the last 6 years! I've learned so much about children's growth and development and have applied much of that in my teaching. I feel it is important for children to feel safe and loved in order to prosper and develop. I have worked with ages 6 weeks up to 4 years, I've potty trained, and have kept up with new techniques within the early childhood field.
