REFRENCE LETTER:
Beginning in 2003 after the birth of our twins, Georgia and David, through 2011 when our family moved from Birmingham, AL to Spartanburg, SC, Scotty was a primary source of childcare for us. At the time, my husband and I had jobs that were stressful, busy, and demanding. Along with Mountain Brook Baptist Church, where the twins attended the Early Learning Center (ELC), we relied on Scotty for “everything in between."
Scotty's main responsibilities in caring for the twins were threefold. These responsibilities included picking them up from the ELC, feeding them dinner, bathing them and on many nights putting them to bed; babysitting overnight when my husband and I were both out of town for business or when we needed a weekend away and providing full-time nanny services during the summer months. While his primary job was looking after Georgia and David, Scotty went above and beyond by doing our laundry, grocery shopping for us and keeping our house spotless. We will always be grateful to Scotty for the care and support he gave during the early years of raising our twins as well as the influence he had and continues to have in our lives. Our praise for him is effusive and it is a privilege to say he will always be an integral part of our family!!
