I was an educator for 15 years before moving to Texas. I update and maintain center files in accordance with state and federal regulations, handle all Accounts Receivables and Payables including tuition refund requests, maintaining parent account and month-end closing, forecasting and reporting. I was responsible for New Employee Orientation and paperwork,
maintained enrollment and marketing packages specific to each group; sent out packages, schedule tours, provide support to management and staff in day to day functions. Was accountable for a quality program and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. I uphold my own classroom teaching children in addition to modeling, coaching and directing the work of teachers. Conduct analysis to identify the development needs of teaching teams and recommend training.
Actively develop and grow teachers through regular observations and feedback. I lead and train staff in the implementation of developmentally appropriate curriculum. I'm an accountant now and I miss being around children.
