I have been working with developmentally challenged adults and teens for a year and a half now in group homes (6 at a time). Around the clock care in the homes include, doctor appointments, meals, med distributions, crafting, music, hanging out, and any needs that may arise. I babysat for 2 years when I was 16, taken care of my brothers since 2012 , and more recently my residents in the home. I love getting to know who I am taking care of, creating friendships, and meeting every need I possibly can. I am willing to travel if need be, and weekends and holidays can be worked out in advance as well!
