I am a semi-retired mom of two grown children.
I have a bachelors degree in business from Penn State and have taken courses toward an elementary education degree at Slippery Rock. I was fortunate to be able to stay at home with my own two children when they were young. Then I provided in home child care for a neighbor's child and worked as a special education student aide for my local school district. I enjoy working with and taking care of children. I think providing children a safe enriching environment where they can explore and play is most important. I enjoy reading, music, art, and being outside. As a paraeducator I have experience with children of all different abilities and enjoy watching all children learn and reach their potential.
