Greetings,
I have been a caregiver and lover of children for over 30 years. I got my first child care certificate in high school working at a local preschool with children from 2-5 years. For as long as I can remember I've been the favored family member of my young cousins, nieces and nephews as well as their parents.
Through and after college I worked as a tutor for students from Kindergarten through high school. In that capacity I helped several students work through debilitating learning and classroom challenges in mathematics and with socialization.
I love young people and believe that fun and creativity combined with care and structure help create confident, secure and empowered people.
My energy is one of a kind and contains a positivity you can feel.
B.S. in Political Science, and solid coursework in child development and early education.
