I'm a young mom with 4 kids, all under the age of 7. I enjoy being a mother, and I also enjoy watching and babysitting the neighborhood kids that my kids play with. That's what brings me to want to babysit kids as a career. Kids need all the extra love, care, teaching, and consistency, not just from parents but from everybody involved around them.I know it's tough finding a schedule that fits around your work because it's hard to find a babysitter/caregiver who works a different schedule than most.
