Tender Hands Daycare is open 24 hours a day seven days a week. Our childcare offers flexible hours including evenings and overnight hours to help serve parents busy schedules. As a childcare professional I will strive to make the transition to my daycare as smooth as possible. I offer a safe haven to all children who enter into my childcare. I have been doing childcare in my home for 42 years and love every minute of it. Children come first in my childcare.We are committed to providing the highest quality of care to every child in our childcare. Tender Hands Daycare meets all Health and Safety standards, background checks, CPR/First Aid training, Suids training and car seat training. I have graduated from Child Development program through Anoka Technical College, Anoka MN. I feel the more training I can obtain will only help me keep up to date on the latest informational data and techniques related to the professional field, In turn it will help me care for your child's individual needs.Every child is unique in their own special way. As a childcare provider it is my desire that every child in my care receives planned learning and play activities to help your child be ready to succeed academically in school. I will strive to build self-esteem, nature and a positive self-image and provide a safe secure learning environment in a atmosphere of love, joy and caring. Each day your child will engage in learning about the Alphabets, numbers, colors, shapes, singing songs, reading books, learning about the weather, days of the week. Small and large motor skills are worked on daily through crafts, scissor cutting. Our out door play is in a fenced in yard. Weather permitting children spent their day outside exploring the world ofnature. Being on the food program every child is served nutritious meals and healthy snacks. Meal time can be a valuable learning experience. The food groups they belong in, are often discussed. Manners and pleasant conversations are encouraged.I will strive to fill each day with good things, for you have entrusted me with your most precious treasure, Your child.
