She has been a part of every milestone and is the reason both my boys are thriving. My youngest started with no set routine and she worked with him until he was napping like a pro. I was so stressed going back to work, but she sent me photos and updates throughout the day to give me piece of mind. She also started potty training my toddler around 18 months and at 3 years old he is fully trained out of pull ups and wears underwear at all times. She provides outdoor time and field trips, giving them enriching experiences. It has truly been a blessing to have her care for my kids. All in all, if you want someone who will love your child, work with them to support any goals you have, and communicate with you on progress, Tiffany and R&R Daycare is where your child should be.

As a mother, I will be honest, I have historically struggled with trusting daycare environments. With my older children, I leaned heavily toward in-home care because of that hesitation. So sending our youngest to daycare was a big emotional step for me. And I can say with complete confidence and gratitude that there is no better place that it could have been than R&R Family Daycare. Tiffany is exceptional in every category that matters. Her communication is consistent, thoughtful, and inclusive. She keeps parents informed, involved, and connected to what is happening day to day. Her space is always clean, organized, and welcoming. She is incredibly intentional about nutrition and the children’s overall well-being, which is something I deeply value. What stands out most is the love. The children in her care are genuinely loved, seen, and nurtured. That is something you can feel the moment you walk in. She also goes above and beyond in creating meaningful experiences for the children. From holiday celebrations to group pictures, to special visits from Father Christmas and the Easter Bunny, she creates moments that make childhood feel magical while also building community among the families. Even her support staff are outstanding. Every person involved reflects the same level of care, professionalism, and warmth that Tiffany brings. Developmentally, the impact has been undeniable. Our youngest reached milestones quickly and confidently. She began walking earlier, speaking earlier, and truly thrived in Tiffany’s environment. I genuinely attribute so much of her growth and confidence to the programs, structure, and intentional care Tiffany provides. Now, our two youngest are almost four and five, and they still go back to visit from time to time. That alone says everything about the kind of environment Tiffany has created. It is not just a daycare. It is a community and an extension of family. The only thing I would change is for the world to have more Tiffanys, and I look forward to R&R Family Daycare’s continued growth.
