Children are nurtured, loved and respected for their individuality which builds and promotes confidence for a positive learning experience. I welcome the opportunity to provide the very best in QUALITY family child care. I help children learn by LOVE and mutual resplelct. I am committed to maintaining an open dialogue with my parents. TRUST is the basis on which we, provider and parent, must work to have their children grow and learn. My program is unique in that I offer a secure, loving and trusting environment which sets the foundation for optimal learning and development. Hands-on exploration and self-expression is encouraged. I develop a positive partnership with each family to support their child's highest learning and developmental abilities. Children not only acquire skills needed to succeed as learners, but also social competence. Observation and assessment is used to guide and support. I promote and build: security, independence, trust, love, values and a sense of belonging.
