Welcome to Happy Care!
Happy Care is a bilingual program that follows the Reggio Emilia Approach. Our project-based curriculum allows children raise questions about the topic, and, through exploration and discovery, they find answers to their questions. We offer children a caring and warm environment that’s just like home. Our low ratio environment (1:3) allows teachers to pay more attention on each child's unique needs. At our home daycare, our goal is to help children learn important social, emotional, and behavioral skills that ensure they reach their developmental milestones. We develop a strong base in learning by engaging in Developmental theme-based activities. We are open from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, and offer care on M - F. We also provide Saturday extended care with process art and Chinese classes from 9 am - 3 pm. At our daycare, we provide a culturally diverse learning environment by offering programs in Mandarin/Cantonese and English. A little bit about me - I was originally born and raised in Guangzhou, China. I speak Mandarin, Cantonese, and English. I had over 10 years of experience working in a project-based Chinese immersion program, a bilingual program, and a Reggio-inspired program with young children of all ages (0-6). I am passionate about delivering quality care and guiding children in achieving important developmental milestones. I enjoy developing projects with children based on their interests.

With my certifications in First Aid and CPR, I balance safety, education, and fun, to equip children with the tools they need to thrive and achieve a bright and happy future.

Happy Care is a home daycare created to encourage curiosity and learning in a clean space. We also have dedicated areas for learning and activities that include a backyard and a nap room.

Our Millbrae daycare is located in a family-oriented neighborhood with an elementary school.
