I have raised 4 of my own children and took the challenge to also raise my niece and two of my nephews. Each of them are different in their own ways and my favorite part about the job was that I got to help each one discover their own strengths and talents and nurture their strengths through an educational approach. I have also had the opportunity to assist in an early learning in home daycare where I had the opportunity to gain first hand experience on how to run an in home daycare.
