I have been watching kids since I was about 14, and I have always known this is my passion. I now have worked at the same childcare site for 7yrs and I attended this same site myself 15yrs ago. It means a lot to me for my kids to be able to relate to me, and for me to bond with those who I am watching because their growth and mindset is so important. I do hope to be a mother one day, but until my time comes I am grateful with being able to help others. My whole community can vouch for the work that I do for the kids around my area. In the past 7 yrs I have been promoted from training staff, to an actual member on the team, and first year got promoted to group leader. I am now a program coordinator I book trips meal prep, and practically plan out their whole day here. I have experience with all ages my max is 14.
