I adopted an infant at 48 ( he’s nows close to 23). I returned to college and got a degree at 55 so I could be a better advocate for foster children/special needs; worked with my son’s dyslexia ; ran the Read Across America for several years; served on the School Board of Education; helped with college and Vo-tech applications. I love children and watching them discover and grow in accordance to their own methods snd skills always with warmth snd compassion.
