Creative Babysitter with Montessori Experience

Hello Everyone! My name’s Aya. I use they them pronouns. I’m a 21 year old college student studying art, education, and environmental studies. I’m home in DC for the summer and looking for babysitting/ childcare opportunities. I love spending time outdoors, working on creative projects, engaging with children in imaginative play, and supporting their interests.

This past spring I volunteered and substituted at a local Montessori school in their 2-3 year old and 3-6 year old classrooms, which I loved so much. I’m now in the process of getting certified as a Montessori early childhood assistant through the Center for Guided Montessori Studies (CGMS) and will be CPR and first aid certified as of next week.

I will be available until August 25th and again over winter break. I would love to support your family this summer (and beyond if you’re interested).
