I would say I have been qualified nearly since birth with this position as the eldest of 8, but I’m sure tons of other people could say that too! -But I can offer more than just your typical babysitter. By studying child development and engaging in multiple child development courses as well as psychology courses, I took these courses with one mission in mind; to learn to be versatile and flexible to any child, their development, and learning styles while also maintaining a healthy support system.
But this alone isn’t what makes me a special babysitter! I have a history in security and state level corrections. In my time in Corrections, I took my time to study, and recognize patterns of untrustworthy people, as well as how to defend, protect, de-escalate, and the most important thing- remaining patient!
But on all fronts, you can trust that your child will always be heard, understood, protected, and safe with me.
