My childcare experience comes from an in-home and clinical environment. As a registered behavioral therapist (RBT) my job is to do respite care (watching the kids and playing) as well as teaching special needs children how to do age appropriate duties such as teaching how to potty training, feeding, expanding vocabulary and overall maintaining a positive environment for them to grow and maintain a good relationship with the kids and working closely with their parents. To maintain a good relationship, I will pair, such as playing with them and giving them support when they have a tantrum and other needs.
