I am positive, cheerful, and have an optimistic personality. (: I love being able to help guide children to know and understand that they are loved, encouraged, and supported. I make sure to provide a well balanced meal for all times of day, learn the basic skills of getting ready for the day ahead, nap time, outdoor time, activities, social endeavors, cirriculum - such as reading and writing, and ensuring that they have someone they trust to grow and to learn and to be the best self they can be. I also take care of light household cleaning, laundry, meal prep, groceries, errands, made sure the house in smooth running order so that when parents arrive home, they can immediately spend time with their child instead of worrying about having to do any household task. I am newly married to my husband and we are looking to have children of our own in the near future - so being able to be a nanny for a family will help develop me further as a mother when the time comes. I hope that I can be that person for your family.
High school - Core 40. No college, however I do have over 30 qualifying certifications in multiple areas of expertise and little over 6 years of experience in direct care of many children. I’ve been a preschool teacher for three years engaging with children who were between the ages of 3 and 5. When teachers were laid off due to Covid-19, I became a nanny and had been for the previous two years. I then moved states and became an Assistant Center Director and Family Advocate for HeadStart that had on-going course training.
