I have been working in childcare for the past 20+ years. I have worked in 3 different daycare centers, and had a nanny position with a family. I have mainly worked with infants and toddlers, but I have experience in all age groups. I have watched up to 4 babies a year and under at one time and up to 15 school age kids at one time, as these are state regulations in daycare. I am also a mother to 4 beautiful children so I have personal parenting experience. I also used to foster so I've had background checks and finger prints done every year and also have to doing training hours, first aid, and CPR every year to keep up our license.
