My lifelong passion for education began before my two Master's degrees and Montessori certification. This love led me to teach in Charlotte Mecklenburg Public Schools as a Montessori Teacher in 1995. Over the years, I expanded my impact, serving as a mentor teacher, reading and math specialist, and administrator. In 2014, I moved to Maryland, wirking as an Administrator, School Testing Coordinator, and Engagement Technology Lead for Prince George County Public Schools. On June 30, 2014, I joined the Judith P. Hoyer family. I have been nominated as Teacher of the Year in 2016. I continue to combine my diverse academic and business experience to support Nova Night Care since March 2024.
Originally from New York, I now reside in Fredericksburg, VA, driven by a compassionate approach and natural gift for inspiring others in education.
Nova Night Care Family Child Care is a home daycare created to encourage curiosity and learning in a clean space. For your convenience and safety, our home includes a driveway for parking. We also have dedicated areas for learning and activities that include a backyard, a nap room, an art area, and a reading area.
Our Fredericksburg daycare is located in a family-oriented neighborhood with an elementary school. We're also only a few blocks from street parking and accessible freeways.
