As a family, we know the importance of early childhood education, which helps in the child's socio-emotional, language, cognitive, perceptual, and motor development. All this enables the child to have a better academic experience in the future. In Campitos family childcare, we work in a safe, healthy, and comfortable environment that promotes learning. We teach Spanish, using effective methods and use books like Coquito de Oro, Victoria, El Silabario (Hispanoamericano), and El Sembrador, which have been used from generations to generations. We also work with different materials which are: Play-dough, crayons, paint, and color painting, creating and exploring through fun games, art, and communication. Through the privilege and opportunity of being a mother, I have learned how vulnerable children are and the importance of providing them with care and attention. I believe in having a healthy and safe environment that promotes the development of every child. I have been taking care of children since I took on the role of a mother 29 years ago. I have also worked with many families' children for seventeen years. I want to serve the families of my community by providing quality childcare. We live in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Kids will be in the classroom, surrounded by learning equipment and toys.
Our childcare is close to several Elementary schools around the area. Parents have two options to drop their child off, front entrance: where parents can park in front of the house, Rear/Alley Entrance: where parents can drive inside driveway park their care and walk their child in. We are located 10 minutes from the 405 freeway.
