I think that’s one of the hardest things to do - to describe yourself. I think the best way to describe myself is by telling you that I’m a goofy, organized, people person. I believe I’m a great caregiver because, not only because of my experience in a daycare, but I’ve received nothing but "thank you’s" from all of my parents. What I mean by that is, I’m like a kid also ( I have little brothers myself, and I know how to keep a child entertained). I know how to be firm (when a kid does something wrong I know I need to explain to them what they did wrong, and why they may have consequences). I know how to teach a kid ( whether I’m teaching them educational things, manners, responsibilities, etc.) Most of all, I know how to make sure a child knows that they are loved, safe with me, and that they can come talk to me about whatever. I’ve worked at Early Learning Childcare, and previously called Johnson’s for a total of 4 years. With that being said, I know how to work in high stressful situations, and to get the job done. I hope that you would consider me, for the job.
