Mimi C.
My name is Liza Ahumada and I am 22 years old. I have been working with children for as long as I can remember. From a very early age, I discovered my passion for kids and have since then, worked with kids in a clinical, daycare, sitter, and camp setting. I thrive in a high energy setting where I know kids tend to enjoy doing so as well. I believe that children learn best through play and choose to contrive opportunities in this naturalistic setting to develop children’s abilities, skills, and interests.
I believe that my high energy and creativity are what sets me apart from other potential candidates. I thrive in creating different activities and crafts for kiddos to get their creativity flowing. Additionally, my past experience working in a clinical setting has helped me gain further knowledge in ASL, potty training, and teaching through arts and crafts. In my free time, I enjoy running, doing yoga, meditating, and baking sweets.
