Emma H.
Hello! I’m a graduate student at UGA studying Social Work. I hope to one day work and do research in child welfare and poverty.
I have three years of prior babysitting experience. I have babysat for many families throughout Atlanta and Birmingham, which is also my hometown community. In addition, I have worked as a weekly childcare assistant at two churches. My duties typically consisted of meal and snack prep, changing diapers, bottle feeding, administering naps, bathing and dressing, cleaning up play areas, reading bedtime stories, getting children ready for bed, and comforting when upset.
Although I have much experience with toddlers and infants, I’ve watched children of all ages. Children are a joy to me, and I believe they deserve the best care, love, and protection. When taking care of kids, I enjoy playing and engaging with them whether through activities, arts & crafts, puzzles, toys, homework, or doing chores together.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, hiking, traveling, and yoga. I hope that you consider and allow me the privilege of looking after your child. I look forward to to meeting you and your family!
