I’d be a great caregiver and babysitter because caring for others has been a big part of my life from a young age. Since I was seven, I’ve helped care for my two younger brothers, both of whom are autistic. That experience has taught me a deep sense of patience, understanding, and compassion. It also helped me develop strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to each child’s unique needs and personality. I also took early childhood education classes in high school, where I worked directly with infants and learned more about child development. Caring for children isn’t just something I do it’s something I truly enjoy and feel passionate about. It’s helped shape who I am today.
During my first two years of high school, I participated in early childhood education classes where I worked directly with infants. In addition to that, I’ve been caring for my younger brothers since the age of seven, which has given me years of hands-on experience with feeding, entertaining, and understanding toddlers’ personalities and needs.
