By staying grounded, using gentle de-escalation techniques, and maintaining clear boundaries, I create a secure environment where high-stress situations dissolve quickly.
I am an experienced childcare provider who always ensures the emotional and physical safety of a child, as well as their cognitive development. I understand children's milestones and I strive to use warm and positive reinforcement. My preferred setting would be a low caregiver-to-child ratio; however I am flexible at working as a team player with a larger group and team structure.
