I think it’s going to be time soon to take my daughter to her first dentist appointment! Please leave me some recommendations of pediatric dentists that your families have loved in the comments! Long Beach area, please :) Double points if they accept most insurances!

I remember our first dentists appointment!! We use the team at the Children’s Happy Teeth office! My kids love them and it’s super kid friendly. I was thinking that our first appointment would be a train wreck with lots of crying, fighting (and BITING) - but it couldn’t have gone better. I was so relieved.

We’ve been at Los Altos Dentistry. I’d recommend it! Good luck at your first visit I know they can be hard for kids and so scary.

Pediatric Dental Specialists in Long Beach is a great family friendly dentist that your child can remain with for years. They provide a welcoming environment, accept many different insurance carriers and become part of your family's circle.

I cannot recommend A+ Dentistry for Kids enough. The staff there are very professional and so informative, it really puts you at ease as a parent! My almost 2 year old was pretty scared about going to the dentist to start with, but everyone was so warm and friendly that he eventually forgot about his fears. You really feel that they have the kids in mind, even the waiting room is kid friendly! I'm so very grateful that we found them and cannot thank them enough for the way they care for our son.

We've been going to Long Beach Family Dentist for all our family dental needs! The staff are always friendly, the office is clean, and the level of professionalism that my family and I receive is consistent. I personally do not enjoy going to the dentist but my kids love going, and it makes me calm down knowing that they are not nervous
