Does anyone know of petting zoos in the Irvine area?

So my son is obsessed with bunnies. He wants one really bad, but my friends have told me that there is a ton of upkeep and that it’s probably best if we start out with a pet that is easier to take care of. My son keeps asking me to take him to see bunnies though, and so I was wondering if anyone knows of any petting zoos in the Irvine area? I can’t be the only one with a bunny obsessed kid lol.

A lot of people don’t know this, but the OC zoo actually has a little petting zoo! I don’t remember if they have rabbits, but it’s worth looking or calling! 0 Likes

We found a mobile petting zoo called Happy Hooves Petting Zoo & Pony Rides who primarily service OC County, and it's totally worth it for a birthday celebration idea! Janet and her staff are very knowledgable, professional, welcoming, and safety is their top priority. We found out about them because one of our friends had the petting zoo for her sons birthday party which our daughter then attended. They set up this little fenced area and filled it with chickens, little goats, bunnies and pig. And then they have the two cutest ponies for the kids to ride. Highly recommended! 0 Likes
