I love the outdoors! I am an east coast beach girl by birth but I love hiking in the mountains too. I am moving to Salt Lake City mid-May, I visited in October and fell in love. I’ve lived in the Low Country of South Carolina my entire life, and I’m ready for a change of scenery. I have a few friends who have moved to SLC already, so I have a good friend group and some extended family there as well. I’m excited for this adventure! I have always been drawn to working with kids. I assistant teach toddlers at my preschool in the mornings and they say the funniest things and I love helping them learn and grow. I also have been nannying nine-year-old twins for the past three years in the afternoons. We do homework before play and they are both on the honor roll. I always make sure we have fun Fridays:). I always use my manners and expect the same from them. Honestly I think children respond really well to me and I believe it is because I listen to them and respect their feelings. I talk with them through situations that arise, and do my best to teach them to express themselves respectively.
