Profile i have raised 3 kids of my own their ages now are 15 year old, 24 and 25 years old. I raised 2 step kids ages now 27 and 31, they were 11 and 15 when i first met them. I have a lot of patience with children. I also work with children with behavioral needs throughout my 15 years of child care experience. I work with baby's from 6 weeks old -13 years old in childcare.I'm a good communicator with parents and a good team player .I understand the importance of meeting the needs/requirements from parents for their child.
