The reason I go off of their developmental milestones and not just age is because some children progress faster than others and some not as fast as others. Doing things this way allows me to understand your child's learning adaptivity. By understanding their learning adaptability I can deliver a custom learning experience for your child. Before becoming a nanny I started in daycares & preschools. Some things I can teach are sleep training, potty training, sign language, Montessori & motor skills, as well as color/number/letter recognition
