Profile I have over 10 years experience in childcare and within that time I've babysat, nannied and managed a daycare. For three years, I managed an infant and toddler daycare in Eugene, Oregon. There, I honed my leadership skills with adults and small children. I found that I had a natural aptitude for organization and communication. I was even referred to as the "Baby Whisperer" in my time there due to my ability to calm and care for any child. I have also had various jobs as a nanny over the years and many of the parents from the daycare continued to recruit me to take care of their children. It has been some time since I worked with children and I must say that I miss it. I am patient, creative, and a natural leader.
