As someone who comes from a BIG family (I'm one of six children, and both of my parents respectively come from families of eight children) - I have always loved caring for others, especially young kiddos and babies.
My approach to childcare is a mix of a Montessori mindset of fostering independence and child-led learning, with a Social Work mindset - focusing on intersectionality and developmental stages.
