Cynthia Logan is the founder and director of Tiny Tots Daycare, a licensed home childcare facility she established in Forest City, NC in 2000. With over 25 years of dedication to early childhood education, Cynthia built Tiny Tots from the ground up with one powerful mission — to create a safe, loving, and enriching environment where every child is inspired to reach their fullest potential.
Cynthia holds certifications in childcare and early childhood development and is an active participant in North Carolina's subsidized child care program, ensuring her services remain accessible to all families regardless of financial circumstances. She implemented the Gold Standard Balanced Learning Curriculum at Tiny Tots, a research-based approach that nurtures children's cognitive, physical, social-emotional, language, and creative development simultaneously.
Known throughout Rutherford County and surrounding areas as a trusted and compassionate caregiver, Cynthia treats every child like family. Her hands-on approach, warm spirit, and unwavering commitment to excellence have made Tiny Tots Daycare a cornerstone of the Forest City community for over two decades.

Amy is the assistant teacher at Tiny Tots Daycare, bringing over 20 years of diverse professional experience to the classroom. At 46, Amy's remarkable background spans mechanical engineering, corporate training and development, graphic design, business management, and team leadership — a combination that gives her a uniquely powerful and creative approach to working with children.
Amy's engineering mindset helps her design structured, logical learning activities that build problem-solving skills in young minds. Her corporate training background means she understands how people learn best at every age — and she applies those same principles to make lessons engaging and effective for toddlers through school-age children. Her graphic design skills bring creativity and visual learning to life in the classroom, while her business and leadership experience help maintain a focused, organized, and nurturing environment every day.
Amy is passionate about inspiring children to think creatively, ask questions, and believe in themselves. Her presence at Tiny Tots adds an exceptional layer of professional expertise and creative energy that enriches every child's experience.

We have a beautiful fish tank that children love to watch — it's calming, educational, and endlessly fascinating for little ones! Our TV is used exclusively for educational programming and movement activities, keeping learning fun and engaging throughout the day.

Children at Tiny Tots enjoy healthy snacks and meals prepared with care right here in our home — just like grandma's kitchen, but with a learning twist! Older children even get to participate in cooking and baking activities that build early math, science, and life skills.

From our dress-up corner where children become superheroes, princesses, and explorers, to our music and movement area where they dance, sing, and shake instruments — every space in our home is designed to spark imagination and creativity.
