Extended Family Child Care Daycare

At Extended Family Child Care, Inc. I create an in- home, family atmosphere for children. I use best practices in early childhood education, based on current research. This provides children with the best foundation to build on, as I help them develop through their most formative years-birth to age five. Partnerships with families are essential. I provide nurturing relationships with not only the children, but their whole family. Relationships are the foundation for learning. I do this through providing a safe, loving atmosphere full of love and reassurance. I believe, and research shows, that children learn through play and by interacting with people and their environments. Curriculum is added to engage children from birth to age five. Parents are the most important people in their children's lives and I make sure that communication and parental involvement is a top priority. My mission is "creating foundational learning for happy, healthy, well-adjusted children in a family setting."
