Program
Our home is the perfect environment for children who need a comfortable and safe place, where they can obtain professional guidance, education, and love.
Chispitas de Esperanza is a quality program, licensed by the State of California and the CDSS Inland Empire Child Care. The Child Care has also been qualified by the Quality Start Riverside County program.
We are a bilingual child care program, and offer growth in learning the English or Spanish language.
Location
We are located conveniently off the 60 freeway in Moreno Valley. Our home is a corner lot, drive way is always clear for parking during drop off and pickup. As well as parking surrounding and directly in front of home.
Inside our child care, we have our indoor play areas where they can develop their fine motor skills. And our outdoor play areas where they can develop their gross motor skills. We speak both English and Spanish.
We home cook every meal aiming to nurture and provide nutrition as if they were at home.
Teachers
My name is Martha Ruth Barragan-Robles, I am mother of two daughters have one grandson, with another on the way. My spouse and my daughter assist me daily in my child care.
In Mexico, I got my certificate of preschool teacher. In the U.S. I have completed 18 units in Early Childhood Education. I have earned certificates of Assistant Teacher, Associate Teacher, and I have a specialization in Family Child Care. I have been trained in infant/child CPR, Pediatric First Aid, and Preventive Health Practices. I also continue to take college courses that interest me and continue my growth in learning.
I have been working with kids for about 35 years or more. Being the youngest in my family, I was constantly surrounded by my nieces and nephews. I worked for 3 years as a preschool teacher in my country. I also worked for 3 years in the Long Beach Unified School District, as a child care worker in a Child Development Center (CDC). All of this culminating to my last 16 years as a child care provider for my own child care.
