Hello families! I am a former educator with over a decade of experience as a teacher, principal, and vice principal. I have recently decided to make the leap to start my own private school serving families in the Concord/Walnut Creek/Pleasant Hill/ Lafayette communities. The Discovery Zone Private School utilizes project based learning, community classes, and monthly field trips to provide an enhanced and balanced educational experience for your little ones. Families that are interested in home schooling their children and/or looking alternatives to the traditional district lead education experience are the perfect candidates for my program. This is a private school where parents have voice and their educational goals for their children are the guiding forces to the education options offered. I serve breakfast, snacks, and lunch M-F and we’re open 7am till 5:30 pm by appointment. Two Full-time infant opening, plus two openings for ages 2-5. Schedule a tour during operating hours. We love babies and children!
