I've nannied for the past four years throughout high school. I attended a virtual high school and the flexible schedule I had during this time enabled me to volunteer as a remote peer tutor as well as a nanny for my neighbors' children which made me both secure in my caretaking skills of most ages as well as providing a welcoming learning environment for the children in my care to feel safe while getting ahead in their education. I am a sophomore, by credits, at Florida State University and I'm pursuing a B.S. in Behavioral Neuroscience. My favorite courses so far have been my Science of Nutrition course and Intro to Psychology for the chapter we covered on Child and Developmental Psychology which has propelled me to being even more holistic in my caretaking approach.
