I'm a Mom of two kids (now adults), 4 years apart. Though they've been on their own for several years now, I'm still actively doing "Mom" duties for my disabled senior pug, Darby.

In the past four years, I have provided care and transportation for five children (aged 4-9) from two different couples that I have known for an extended time, as well as light household chores, food preparation, and pet care.

Currently, I'm able to provide after school rides and/or care, including homework help if needed. I could also offer guitar or piano lessons! I'm happy to help out with pets, as well.

Why this, why now? Well, "Gig" work in short shifts allows me to spend most of my time working from home and looking after Darby, who needs extra love and attention. So I drive for a food delivery service most evenings (since 2016), and run my small video/audio transfer business from home (since 2009). I also do occasional house and pet sitting, work as event staff at The Ranch, and other odd jobs like organization and de-cluttering, light graphic design, photo scanning, etc.

Over thirty-two years of driving, I have taken multiple different education and safety classes. I have an airbag-equipped AWD vehicle, a dash cam, and insurance, of course. I'm an excellent and defensive driver, and proud of it!

Kids and I get along great, I love hearing their stories and encouraging their success and learning. My attitude is one of gratitude. I'm kind, smart, funny, a positive thinker, empathetic and helpful. Safe to say I'm also pretty detail-oriented, if you couldn't tell from this book!
