Profile
I have worked with children of different ages in early childhood education and I really love to create a safe, fun and supportive learning environment where each child is cherished and respected. From my experience in childcare I have learned how to develop good relationships with children, families and colleagues, while keeping a classroom that is conducive for learning, creativity and growth.
I was promoted to Center Director from my recent job for doing my best for the children and my team. This experience strengthened my leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Being in the classroom I discovered that I really liked to teach kids, I love to work with them so much and I’ve learned so much from working with them in the classroom and I am so proud of the kids I work with and help them grow and develop.
I am a reliable, hardworking and compassionate team player who is always helping where needed. During high-speed situations I have a good way to speak, work on my communication. I am a level 4 Wisconsin Registry professional and I plan to continue my education with my Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education in order to advance my knowledge and skills.
